Rooms were outstanding and well-maintained!

Everything was perfect, consistently courteous staff, lovely location close to a valley, surrounded by Mountain day trips such as the Rigi, Pilatus, and Titlus, boat station, and museums. There were a balcony and a kitchen in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The view over the lake was fascinating.

The rooms were well-maintained and mine was wonderful with private bathroom and drinks. The food was healthy, I liked eggs and bacon served in the morning. Location: the hotel was near the market, the lake and central Switzerland. The breakfast was enjoyable, the check in was quick...

their rooms are always beautifully maintained and incredible with 2 single beds, sofas, as example. very good service, the breakfast is reasonably good. the staff are super friendly and outstandingly accommodating, managed the parking onsite.

The room was huge and comfy with a balcony, I had a good rest. The hotel's position was marvellous and gorgeous, by ferry.

I greatly enjoyed 4 nights there. It was immaculately clean and the staff were competent, beds were comfortable. The room was beautifully maintained, especially a great view of the lake from the window. The location was picturesque and peaceful, because a ferry port was based minute walk from the hotel. Set next to a valley and a park, it was a plus.

The location was picturesque for traveling around Weggis, not far from the town centre and the boat station, and a private beach club at the lake.

The hotel staff was not very friendly.

Huge rooms with a balcony and a nice bathroom, had a real good stay for three nights. The restaurant was fantastic, for dinner.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with the hotel virtually on the lake separated by a small road. It was located on a quiet street in a very calm area, providing us with a wonderful view of the lake. The service at this place was top-notch, with attentive staff who were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious, with a small balcony that offered a beautiful view of the lake. The hotel had great amenities, including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a spa & wellness center with a sauna and jacuzzi, and beach access for those warm summer days. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

Well located and the service provided exceeds every expectation particularly in a western environment.

Perfect place for a 2-night stay. It was a superior hotel in Weggis. The lake view was stunning. Welcoming members of the staff.

The free wi-fi provided at the hotel worked perfectly, allowing us to stay connected during our entire stay. We loved the hotel's location in a quiet zone, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. Additionally, being just 100 feet away from the lake was a great bonus as we enjoyed spending time there. The restaurant at the hotel offered excellent food, satisfying our tastebuds with delicious meals.

Some of the staff appeared to be trainees and so the service at mealtimes was often slow.

The hotel had excellent facilities including an indoor and outdoor pool, different saunas, and clean amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was superb, right by the lake with stunning views. Plus, there was free underground parking.

I hope you will accept 300 English words! The hotel rooms were excellent, the Wellness sector was most agreeable - the massage by Monika superb. The staff were most friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend the Gerbi to anyone wishing to spend time in a beautiful location - with balconies overlooking the lake - and in pleasant suroundings.

My only regret is that the restaurants charge prices that are higher than those I have found in other parts of Switzerland, e.g. Berne and Soloturn - is this because of Lake Lucerne?

Lovely large lakeside room. Good location for sightseeing and close to Lucerne. Staff very friendly.

Photos a little deceptive. There is a road between hotel and lake. Meals expensive.
